The ACK Good Samaritan School allows for the integration of the children in the home with those from the surrounding area. There are presently 153 children in this primary school.
ACK Good Samaritan School was started in the year 2000. It has a pre-school and a primary school from grade one to class 8. The school offers 8-4-4 system of education and the school is fully registered with the Ministry of Education. The school has a team of 12 professionally trained and TSC registered teachers.
The school is currently implementing the New Competency Based Curriculum within the provisions of the ministry of Education guidelines:
Learning for pre-school from 8.30 am to 3.00 pm.
Learning for mid primary classes 4 and 5 starts at 8.20 am to 3.10pm.
Learning for upper primary classes 6 , 7 and 8 starts at 7.00 am to 5.00 pm and Saturday classes from 8.30 am to 12.30 pm.
PE lessons every Friday from 2.00pm to 4.00 pm.
Clubs are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Debates on Mondays and Symposiums on Wednesdays from 3:10 pm to 4:00 pm..
Pastoral programme is done every Friday morning from 8.00 to 8.55 am by the school the Diocesan Children Ministry Department.

Learning is essential for child growth.
ACK Good Samaritan School not only meets the educational needs of the home children but also those of the children in the neighbouring community.
The school is anchored on the Centre’s core values. As such the children who go through the school grow in a holistic transformative manner where they acquire the right attitude to be responsible members of the society.
The school has been a registered national examination (Kenya Certificate of Primary Education) centre since the year 2009. It continues to post good KCPE results despite the social and academic challenges inherent in the home children with troubled background, a very remarkable effort it has been. The school has been very actively involved in the extra-curriculum, especially among the diocesan schools. The children have excelled in such competitive activities lifting the school standards within the Diocese.
Other activities include engagement in vibrant clubs within the school.Such clubs include: Drama, Debate, 4 K- Club, Scouting and Advocacy clubs.
